A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance at least 8 weeks before departure. Rental periods run from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed.   If you wish to cancel all or part of your booking, or we cancel the booking due to non-payment, then the following charges will apply: 8 weeks or more before your holiday - Deposit retained 8 weeks or less before your holiday - Full rental charge retained In the event that you have to cancel your holiday we shall try and re-let the period you have booked and if successful will reimburse your deposit less costs incurred in the re-letting. If for any reason beyond our control we have to cancel your booking we will refund the amount paid to us for the property. The client will be liable for any cancellation charges for travel.   Your party must not exceed ten adults without prior permission.   Clients are asked to arrive between 4 pm and 8pm and must leave by 10 am on the day of departure. Unless other arrangements are agreed prior to arrival or departure.   A deposit of £300 is payable from which will be deducted the cost of any damage or breakages during your stay if incurred. The balance will be returned to you at the end of your holiday.   Cleaning will be carried out prior to your arrival. House linen is provided.   We recommend strongly that you take out Comprehensive Personal Travel Insurance which will provide you with a suitable degree of personal/public liability protection and Holiday Cancellation Insurance in the event of cancellation. The use of the accommodation is entirely at the visitor's risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury or illness during a visitor's stay, nor loss or damage to personal belongings or car.   The Pool is unheated and is generally open from the May to September and outside of this period subject to agreement and weather conditions.   When contracting us to rent Il Castagnello, no contract will exist between us until we have received the required deposit and we have issued the official confirmation invoice.   Great care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in our brochure and web site relating to any service advertised. However, all statements as to the condition of the property or other services included in the brochure and the web site must not be treated as statements of fact but statements of opinion.   Bookings within 56 days of departure are deemed late bookings. Full payment is required immediately and once received by us, all booking conditions apply.   We have taken all due care in making the arrangements applicable to your holiday but we cannot accept liability in respect of any injury, loss or damage however caused to you.   We regret that our guests cannot bring animals to Il Castagnello.   Your contract with us is governed by English Law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.   Top
